Presenting my Mid-Autumn Festival project
for Les Lunes à Deux, a French-style mooncake company.
I handled the entire branding process,
including packaging design, photography, retouching,
online ads, social media posts, website development,
popup store design, visual merchandising, and print materials. Here are some highlights.
Visual Language & Packaging System
Les Lunes à Deux was positioned as a premium gifting brand with a restrained yet distinctive visual identity. The core palette of muted grey paired with iridescent accents was developed to express quiet sophistication — understated at first glance, but layered upon closer interaction.
The packaging system was designed with materiality as a key component of the brand experience. Matte surfaces and soft-touch lamination create a refined tactile quality, reinforcing the premium positioning through physical interaction. Subtle iridescent elements introduce depth and contrast, elevating the otherwise minimal base tone without overwhelming the composition.
Rather than relying on decorative excess, the concept focuses on balance — controlled colour, clean typography, and carefully considered finishes working together as a cohesive system. The result is a visual language that translates consistently across packaging, digital communication, and photographic direction, establishing a calm yet memorable brand presence.
